Thank you for your interest in Grace. We understand the importance of finding the right fit for your child, and we are here to help you through each step of the application process.  

Applying to Grace

We will begin accepting applications for the 2026-27 school year on October 1, 2025.

First round admissions applications are due by January 15, 2026.

If there is space remaining after the first round of admissions, applications will be processed on a rolling basis. The steps listed below will guide you through the admission process. Age Requirements

Children must be 5 years old by September 1 to be eligible for kindergarten.

Children must be 4 years old by September 1 to be eligible for jr. kindergarten.

Children must be 3 years old by September 1 to be eligible for preschool.

Admissions Process

STEP 1 – Create an Enrollment Parent Portal Account.

STEP 2 – Submit the application for admission by January 15, 2026.  Our online application can be found on the Enrollment Parent Portal. Each application has a non-refundable $75 application fee.

STEP 3 – Complete the application checklist by February 5, 2026.

  • Confidential Teacher Evaluation Form
  • School Records Release Form
  • Student Visit (Grades 1-5) or Playdate (Preschool – Kindergarten)
  • Parent Partnership Meeting

STEP 4 – Optional testing: Admissions Testing is optional for the 2026-27 school year. We do ask, however, that you submit any testing that was done previously, and we reserve the right to discuss additional testing options if the admissions committee requests it.

Important Dates in the 2026-27 Admissions Season

  • Applications for the 2026-27 school year are due by January 15, 2026.
  • All supporting paperwork and visits must be completed by February 5, 2026.
  • Admissions decisions will be released to families via email on February 27, 2026.
  • Signed enrollment contracts are due by March 13, 2026.
